Phantom FDN question

Hello- phantom programming printout at bottom. I want to be able to call the phantom and route to vmail on a no answer. Phantom is programmed with FDN feature and works just fine when dialing the phantom directly. I am now trying to call through a CCMS CDN which does a Route To command to the phantom. When I call through the CDN which routes to the phantom the call does not FDN to voicemail like it does when I dial the phantom directly. Should the FDN parameter on the phantom apply to all calls whether you dial the phantom directly or not? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

why do you have an FDN? The DCFW is all you need. To say forward no answer is nul, as a phantoms only purpose is for forwarding, so they will alway be "no answer" at that level.

I've always known the Phantoms to operate in the same way as an ACD queue for NCFW, but with the option to change the call forwarding if configured! via the use of the SCPW with FTR FDN etc.

It's a great feature for remote call forwarding. As stated above. you may need CLS SFA FNA and perhaps CFXA is using to forward external calls or across a network.

I thought a CDN would only forward to another CDN or ACD number. To forward to the phantom, you would have to build an ACD with the Phantom in the NCFW position.
