Phantom Extension Remote FWD

Hello all,
Anyone able to get this to work? Works fine on their existing ACS & Messaging. Can't seem to set the phantom as the orig ext to activate using F11. Frustrating as the customer is a Real Estate office and has many agents without phones that want to forward to mobiles. Would settle with using DTMF breakout from mailbox if need be, but that doesn't work either. Would much rather have the calls remote forward.
A lack of this feature might be a deal breaker! I've searched the forums and the web but no-joy.
Any thoughts?

So it works with a real extension, but not with a phantom?

Yes on the existing ACS in their old office. Unused extensions are assigned to agents and forwarded to speed dial #80 (programmed with their cell number) from X10, and it works great. I want to do the same thing in their 2nd location with a new IP Office Partner version. I want to assign agents extensions #150-#199 and forward offsite from the AA, but I can't get it working on my office system. I also tried programming breakouts from MB #199, but the system doesn't recognize the keypresses and just records a message.
The phantoms are configured for remote forward, but I can't find a way to activate it.
