Hi - is there a limit to the number of agents you can set up with a Personal DN ? Seems that any I am adding at the moment are just going straight to voicemail regardless of whether or not the agent is logged in.
It may be just a configuration issue. Did you create the phantoms before you added that DN in the agent profile? If not, delete the DN from the agent profile, save, then add it back in, save. Have the agent log out and back in; see if it works then.
