I have a group of agent that are part of an ACD group. I want to use the phantom DN technology in order to route a web chat request to this agent. (using CT-Connect)
Anyone has any ideas?
The reason why I want to use the phantom DN is to avoid sending that agent a live call while is treating a chat request and vice-versa.
