PHANTOM DN

I have read thru the threads concerning "Phantom Dn's" but something is wrong thus the phantom dn feature is now working for me. my phantom tn is set up as follows

Is there any other programming necessary on the agents set or in the pbx? I am running SCCS 5.0 PBx is Succession 3.0.

Did you program these phantoms in the PBX before you added the DN to the agent profile? If not, that would be the problem. To fix, open the agent profile, delete the DN and save the profile. Then add the DN back in and save again. Have the agent log in and test (you will be able to see from the TN printout that it is now forwarded to the phone the agent just logged into).

I tried what you reccomended and still no luck. Any other ideas? Is there anything I might be missing in the SCCS?

ok problem solved. I had built a 6 digit extension on the 3905 set and my cfw was set to 4 instead of 6. Now how can I make the phone FNA to voicemail if the agent is not at the phone? Currently the 3905 just rings and rings.

Did you program 3905 to forward it to Voice mail from key you have as DN?
Do you have CLS SFA enabled for making second forward possible?

I was able to program fba and htd but hbta requires a package that I do not have on my pbx. Calls still do not roll to voice mail if not answered.
