I've set up a user with a phantom DN in Symposium and created the corresponding entry under LD11 with DN 400. This works perfectly when calling the user internally and either rings on their phone if logged in or goes to voicemail.

I've added digit translation in LD49 similar to all the other entries (ie 409400 to 400) however calling this externally just gives an unending ring - no sign of the call being received on the user's current phone.

Can someone please tell me what I've missed?

Thanks

?? that's a tough one, very hard to trad on the inbound trunk, not knowing which trunk. couple of things come to mind. is the idc table on the correct and is the provider sending 409400 to the right customer. i would pick a very slow traffic time and do a enl msgi x in 96 on the dch and see if that call is setting up on your d. (assuming it's on a pri) retranslate the 409400 to your set, taking the soft set outof the picture might be another test.. i'm thinking that only after you know those digits are being sent to your switch can we trouble shoot your software.. i use maxp 1 acd ncfw to the target, that puts the targ and ncos on the trunk, and doesn't use a license. phantom should work, what does a trac on the phantom port show during inbound ring?

Something more to remeber regarding IDC check if both tables active the night table and the daytable.

Thanks to both of you for your help. We've decided to implement the roving user by way of fowarding their DN to a skillset on Meridian. It's taken several hours but thing we're there.
