Phantom calls

I have a MG350 (lsp mode) with one Analog line module (MG714). I have connected 3 co lines in it, and all the time I have some Phantom Calls (so, the extension is ringing - once or twice, I pick up handset and nobody is on the line).
Do you know any solution regarding this issue?

check your firmware levels (MGP and VoIP on the gateway and CLAN IPSI Medpro at the main site)
