Can someone tell me how to compile a list of call activities on a specific extension within the PBX. I have been receiving calls from an outside source, but can not tell how the calls were handled. Thanks again.
 
The only way that I know of is to run a report through a CAS or call accounting system.

I use billing system to do that (another third party software which record all calls from pabx cdr output) and for direct tracking I use "list trace" command but this can not be logged / saved to a file.
 
You can download a 10 day trial version of Call Flow Extract from You can do a list trace with this and it will log all the activity of the ext in question.
