Phantom calls to the operator 2

I have seen the answer here but cannot find it. So here is my problem. Voicemail ports generate 2 rings calls every minute or so to the operator. If the operator manages pick it up, there is dead air in there. It stopps after reboot and in week or two will start all over again.

turn off message notification for all users if possible. This has eliminated the issue in most of my systems.

You will most likely find that if you go to that mailbox, the Message Notification will be "Around the Clock". Change to "Disabled" and you should be good.

Mailbox 0 had this setting on "Disabled". Actual operator's extension mailbox changed to "Disabled".

Im having the same issue. I just got done updating all my voicemail boxes and ill let you guys know if this fixes my issue. The operator in my issue is actually on another system but if you look at the smdr records the call to the operator comes right after someone checks voicemail. Ill let the board know if this fixes it.
