Phantom calls through disa

Hi.

I have a customer with a panasonic kx-tes824.

Calls are routed through DISA.
The problem is that if a caller hangs up before end of message call is still put through to ring group and nobody is there when they answer it.

Are there any timers to adjust to stop this?
 
you can change all disa time in 7.2 maintnance softawre

you cant stop this, the problem is unless you have reverse polarity or cpc on your lines the phone system does not know the call is gone.

you can have disa no dial mode as disconnect, this will make the system hang up if the customer does not make a selection. has its pit fall as if they do not make a selection in time it will hang up on them.
