Phantom Calls in calls waiting state for SCCS

I have intalled SCCS version 4.02.06 with SU12S in W2000 server. It has presented the problems
of the pantom calls in calls waitting state in Real time displays.
I have used the tool PSCAN for erasing its, but it has not been efective.
In our script we use the next definitions:

Where skill1 and skill2 are scripts grouped down a group script. We have installed 2
symposiums with identical configurations and conected for NCC. When we look Standar
Aplication Display appear phantom calls in calls waiting state for the script "group script".

Any idea friends withaut reboot?
