Phantom call forward

On the CS1000M we can create phantom TN's which allow you to call forward your phone to an extension which then calls an external number.
How would you complete this within Cisco?

You could use a CTI Port. Put a DN on it that CFWD All to an External Number. Make sure in the CFWD All settings yu put a CSS that can make the external call.
