Phantom Call, CallPilot

Hi,

I am running CallPilot 02.01.27 and have just checked the event log and found entries relating to Phantom Calls.

Des: Phantom call found at Addr=7928, CallState=0*2

I presume that 7928 is an ACD ID as I just check on the 81 but the port is showing idle.

My question is, Is this something to worry about, If so is there an application on CallPilot Like PScan on Symposium.

no on the app and that call sounds legit. the vm uses phamton dn for several apps
