8911 is built as a 2500 set at Lyon Meadows. Per Cindy’s request please build a phantom ACD queue at Lyon Meadows that is a DID number and that NCFW’s to 8911. Then point 8911 at the aforementioned locations to the Lyon Meadows ACD (DID number) queue. I can help you with this if need be. This is the ONLY application that we’ll allow this type of forwarding for. There is four locations that will point to this queue.

Guys how can I build this?

Find a spare did. ld 20 prt, ludn, 0, and whatever your did range is.
Next ld 23
new
acd
spare did number you will use.
maxp 1
ncfw to 8911
Since 8911 is a 500 port. Out that phone.
Then build acd q 8911
new
acd
maxp 1
ncfw to what ever acd queue they want

that works, but it's a lot a cure.. look up rcfw... that will work without a maxp 1 acd.. the acd just gives the analog a second dn.. nothing more.. that set still needs cfxa to forward external.. if you use the acd, then check your options cff/cff.. for an acd to forward from outside back to outside, cfo with the ncos of the trunks controlling frl
