Phaer 740 Jam @ A.... all types of paper... Please help

I have tried many things such as cleaning the rollers etc but about 1-5 pages gets jammed at Point A (curling around the first bend right out of the paper tray.

Any ideas or step by steps I should consider? =====================

You are a little vague with where it is jamming. Does it pull up into the paper feed assembly? The big black thing you can pull out.
