Hi Everyone,

I'm wondering whether anyone out there can help me.
A full explanation of my problem is listed below. Can you please help me
with some answers as to what I can do, as I am desperate to gain access to
my pgp disk, I have some very important information I need to retrieve.

Thanks

Kind Regards
Brian

PGP VERSION: 6.0.2i
OPERATING PLAYFORM: WINDOWS 98
HARDWARE: PENTIUM

PGP DISK WILL NOT MOUNT!!

I CLICKED ON THE START BUTTON, PROGRAMS, PGP AND THEN PGP DISK.
THE PGP DISK DIALOGUE BOX APPEARS WITH THE OPTIONS: NEW, MOUNT, UNMOUNT AND
PREFS.
I CLICK ON THE MOUNT BUTTON AND A DIALOGUE BOX APPEARS ASKING ME TO SELECT
THE FILE. I SELECT THE FILE NAME: FOOTBALL.PGD (AS I HAVE DONE FOR THE LAST
TWO YEARS). AT THIS POINT IT SHOULD BRING UP A DIALOGUE BOX ASKING FOR MY
PASSPHRASE BUT INSTEAD IT BRINGS UP THE ERROR MESSAGE LISTED BELOW. TO CHECK
WHETHER MY PGP DISK WAS OPERATING CORRECTLY I CREATED ANOTHER DISK AND THIS
FUNCTIONED PERFECTLY WHICH MAKES ME THINK SOMETHING HAS HAPPENED TO THE
FILE: .PGD. PRETTY STUPID BUT I DONT HAVE A BACKUP.

PGP DISK ERROR.
THIS PGP DISK COULD NOT BE MOUNTED BECAUSE THIS FILE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE A
VALID PGP DISK (74)
