PGP Commandline- PGPServ service locking up.

Hello,
Does anyone have any ideas as to why my PGPServ service would lock up. The service looks like it's running, but when I try any PGP command, it just sits there and does nothing. When I reboot the server and try again, everything works fine for about 30min, and it starts stalling until I reboot again.
Anyone experienced this?
I'm running PGP Commandline 8.5 on NT.
