PGP command line, Newbie

Hi,

I've installed PGP version 6.5.8. I can get it to work fine with Outlook. However, I'm trying to implement it using a Cold Fusion custom tag (cfx_pgp) and am having no luck.

Someone asked me if I tried using it with a command line, which I had not. I have no clue how to do this, can it be done in the middle of an .html or .cfm (cold fusion) page?
