When PGP Command Line version creates .asc files, they do not have any IIS permissions inherited from the parent folder, making it unreadable by IIS scripts. However, when it creates other types of files (.pgp) in the same folder, they have the IIS permissions. Interestingly, the graphics version of PGP creates .asc files with the permissions inherited from the folder. Does anyone know how of workaround so IIS can read the .asc text file?
