PGP 7.1.1 No Proposals when VPN connect

Hi

I am using PGP 7.1.1 When I connect to the internet and then try to connect to my server via VPN, I get the error.

IKE <gateway ip> No Proposals
Service <gateway ip> Unable to establish Security Association

The have checked the VPN settings again & again, they all look fine. Any help would be great.
