Hi ...

Is this correct after Installing IPOCC connected to 127.0.0.1
also, I can't see any database listed under server(127.0.0.1:5432)
what's this mean ? eerors in installation or missing on components.

Is the hostname of the server IPOCC, if you ping IPOCC what does it say.

What janni78 said + in pgAdmin your database tables are listed here:
Server Gruppen -> Servers -> Server (xxxx:5432) -> Datenbanken -> cc -> Schemata -> public -> Tabellen

@ Janni78 : when ping to ipocc replays with 127.0.0.1, it must be the IP address of the server (172.20.0.11) - The IP address is set
correctly

yes, the postgre SQL 9.3 is running

And what happens if you connect to "localhost" instead of "ipocc"? Granted the pgAdmin is running on the IPOCC server..
Regardless of and IP/naming problems you might have localhost has to work.

Hello ...

Here is when ping to ipocc .

when click to database, windows appears to enter user password, when set a password. connect to database failure occurs.

when reset all the services to be manual, expect watchdog, sql, task server, automatically. after reboot the server all the services set manually stopped.

Right click on the server and look for properties (or similar, off the top of my head). In there change the user from "Avaya" to "Administrator".
Regarding your services you still have to configure the watchdog, otherwise the "manual" services won't start.
