Subreports don't have page sections or page events. If you need a page header on a subreport:
[ol]
[li]set up a top level of sorting and grouping in the subreport[/li]
[li]set its field/expression to a constant value such as =1[/li]
[li]set its display header to Yes[/li]
[li]set the =1 header Repeat Section to Yes[/li]
[/ol]
