pfmigrate CONFUSION

Hi All.
I'm TRYING to use pfmigrate to move the public folders from one 2003 server to another. Using exhange 2003.

The command I used was
PFMIGRATE.WSF /S:SourceServer /TestinationServer /A /N:100 /F:C:\LOGFILE.LOG

But the only activity I get is a window popping up showing me an explaination of the pfmigrate switches. The logfile.log is empty.

Am I doing something wrong ?

I ran the script again and got this in the log file.

Do I need to configure the public folders on server XXX in some way before I run the tool ?

Analysis of 0 folders with replica on 'XXX' completed.

0 folders without replica on 'YYY'.
The analysis was limited by the /n parameter.
No folders were affected by the requested change.
