Hello,

Glad to have found an active Mitel forum! Hope someone can help.

We have a Mitel SX-200 and are running the Mitel/Prarie Fyre 6110 ACD tracking software on an HP ProLiant server.

Recently, I found that the PFMessaging_dll.txt file in the directory below kept growing until it took up entire data partition (15GB), thus the SQL database stopped recording info.

Directory: D:\Program Files\prairieFyre Software Inc\6100CCS\6110\Logs

I rebooted the server last night and the PFMessaging file shrank down to around 8MB. I come in this morning to check on the server and it's back up to nearly 250MB!

It's only a matter of time before this file takes up the entire drive again - does anyone have a solution or idea of where I can look?

This is my first time using/troubleshooting this software, so let's start with the obvious...

Thanks in advance.

15 gigs!?!?! Pop for a terabyte drive. Get some disk cloning software and "clone" the old drive to the new drive. (I'm assuming your drives and IDE).

Another option is if you don't really care about the logs, and can delete them while PF is running, set up a scheduled task that toasts the files at midnight or something.
