I have lots of free disk space on C drive and have one PF on C of 4 GB. I have created another PF on separate drive of 2 GB but still it keeps on growing until server shows that system is low on resources and I have to reboot.

How much RAM does your server have? Normally your page-files should have a max size equal to about double your existing RAM.

And what are you running on your server besides the basic SBS with Exchange? Are you running any line-of-business SQL applications?

Ok, last time you brought up this topic, you never responded to comments... with 4gb of RAM, you should have at least 8gb of PageFile.... If you have plenty of space on C:, why not give yourself a 10gb page file there and get rid of the other page file altogether? If the other page file is actually on the same disk (under a different drive letter) then you don't gain anything by having it separate.

When you say "lots of free disk space," how much are you actually talking about? 10gb on a 160gb partition? 50gb on an 80gb partition? Percentage of disk available matters, since you might have ShadowCopy using some percentage of space too, and not telling you.
