I am using Seagate Info 7 MR2 on Windows 2000. I am doing a Save As on a report that someone else created and then trying to change the Font size for some of the fields. I am able to save the report fine but when I send the report through Info it fails with the error PEStartPrintJob:Request cancelled by the user.

I've seen this error before due to printer issues. Did you use a truetype font?
Try opening the report and changing the printer to a type that supports that font.
