pest capture

a spyware program called pest capture downloaded itself onto my computer and it keeps displaying fake security messages which link to a fake anti spyware website. every time i try to delete it says it cant its being used and my anti virus scanners dont detect it so they cant delete it. how do i get rid of it?

Try your scanners and/or removing it in safe mode.
