Pervasive.SQL v7 Error 2

Does anyone have any possible solutions to the Error 2 or "Phantom Error 2" problems?

Currently I'm running a Netware 4.11 server (512MB RAM, PII/450), Pervasive.SQL v7 (35/users), the database that Pervasive runs is about 3.6GB.

The error's seem to come and go. Recently we've had about 4 within a 2 day period. At other times we usually get 1 of these about 1-2 months apart.

Any idea's would be greatly appreciated!!
