Anyone aware of any issues in this environment?

Don't think it was ever tested but may work.. I haven't tried it. Furthest I've gone back to is PSQL 2000i. THe things that probably wouldn't work well would be ODBC. The ODBC driver in PSQL 7 wasn't the most stable and wasn't entirely threadsafe (which makes it bad for websites).

Thanks Mirthiel for the response,

I am running a data conversion program to move them to a MS SQL server platform. I am no developer but the developer said the data conversion program does not use ODBC, instead it makes native btrieve API calls, so therefore it should work on v7.

How does that square with your knowledge of Pervasive?

If it's Btrieve, it's Btrieve and should be fine no matter what version of PSQL you're using.
