Hi Folks,

Is anyone aware of any problems with running Pervasive SQl 2000i on Windows Server 2003. I installed 2000i and then added the SP3 and SP4 updates.

If I open PCC I can access the DEMODATA database. However, if I try to add a Pervasive ODBC Engine connection it fails with the following error message:

An error occurred while retrieving the local database names. Insufficient rights to get or set information

I should probably point out that I am logged in as a domain administrator.

If I try to add a new database via PCC, i get the following error:

Cannot retrieve database names. You do not have sufficient access rights for the operation

Can anyone offer me any advice on these issues.
