Pervasive driver help for P3.

I am having difficulty getting the Pervasive driver to work properly. From P3 I get an error message that shuts me down when I attempt to update the data directory. The problem only exists if I attempt to update the activity codes. (If I un-select the "up date activity codes" radio button it works OK, but selected, it causes the fault.)

I am using Crystal Report V8 and P3 3.0 with service pack 3 with Windows 2000.

Any sugestion are appreciated.
