I'm not sure where this post should go, but I was wondering if anyone has used this product to back up pervasive databases and if so, what kind of problems were encountered.
We are having an issue where the backup agent will not integrate certain delta files back into the original dat files after the backup agent is shut down.
The dat files that are having an issue are usually under a pretty heavy load during the backup phase. Some of the delta files can get up to 250 megs in size. We have left them running for several hours thinking that maybe it would just take time. If left alone, it will usually cause the server to hang and require a reboot.
Any ideas on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
