personalized distribution list

Is there any way to do a “Mail Merge” from Access or use a distribution list from GroupWise (GW) to sent the same email to a group of people (some in GW and most not) and still have it look personalized? By personalized I mean, only the recipient’s name shows up in the To: field. Using a distribution list I can get it to work with people using GW, BUT any one outside GW (i.e. Hotmail, AOL, or a POP3 account) sees the whole list in the To: field. <br>
