Hi all.
System is BC9.
Is there the way to modify the idle state string on digital telephone display on
- telephone basis
or
- lim basis
or
- cust basis
or
- other basis (?)

Thanks

HI.

You can change it by using: KSTSC:STRNO=IDL1,STRING="XXXX";
This affects the whole PBX.

IDL1 is for big screen phones (eg dbc203)
IDL12 is for small screen phones (eg dbc202)

Thank you, but my question wasn't well done.
Is there the way to have different idl1/idl12 string in the same system on a particular basis (LIM, CUST, DIR, ...)?

If it was a BC12 we can use, for example, different language, but BC9?

Is there a patch or anything else?

Re Thanks :)

no way in BC9. (I remember there is an OMR for choice of language in BC9, but it is not free)
