Personal Web Server wont start

I have installed FrontPage98 and then installed 2000 ver at a later date.
But now my Personal Web Server Services in the Control Panel wont start. I have clicked on the start button but still get the error message "The web Server is not running"
And also how do you set it to Allow scripts to be run.
I right click on new form and selct Properties but the selection is greyed out.
Any ideas?????

I had to uninstall then reinstall PWS to get it to work. Click the advanced tab I beleive that is where scripts are, but the service has to be running first to change the options DeZiner
