Personal web server fails to connect

When accessing an .asp that accesses any databases (I've tried several different types and methods) using Personal web server 4.0 after the first attempt which is always successful, any further requests to an .asp fail to connect. Other connections to HTML pages still work.

Thanks in advance for any help.
