I have a user who you reach from a menu created in callpilot. I instructed the entire group to delete their internal and external greetings and just record personal verifications because the menu recording introduced the group so when you pick the staff member you want you should only her "jon bon jovi, ext 1234". He went on vacation and recorded a temporary message. When you called him you heard the menu recording....press 1 for jon bon jovi's voicemail, if you selected 1 you heard his personal verification, then his temporary greeting. That is to many greetings for me. Is it at all possible to temporarily disable personal verifications? I would really like an expiry date on the personal verification, but I'm sure that isn't possible.

Unfortunately, the personal verification does not have a date expiration associated with it.

I was pretty sure that personal verification didn't have an expiry date, but can you disable personal verification at all?

You can delete the name verification; just be aware that if you use the dial by name feature, it can be quite cumbersome for your callers if the name is not recorded.

You can delete personal verification, but the default recording will still play. Can you completely disable personal verification?
