Hello:

At our site we have a "work at home" plan. Also, these admin folks sit at any available seat when they are in the office and need their number to ring at that seat. When they leave they will need to stop their number from ringing at that phone since aanother work at home person may occupy that seat the next day. How can these admin folks have their number ring at the phone they are be sitting at, then stop it from ringing when they leave?

In our switch we have a FAC called PSA associate and PSA dissociate. Is this what I need to accomplish the above? If so how to I use the PSA codes?

Thanks for your help

you could. Or you could set them up as agent ID's. They can log into the phone when the are there and log out when they are not.

PSA is a close cousin of TTI. PSA uses the associate code and the stations security code to activate the set. The disassociate and security code to deactivate. If you set this up correctly you can "set it and forget it".

Hope this helps
