Personal speed dials

How does the user enter their own personal speed dials. It seems much easier on the magix platform. Do I need to create a shortcode for every user?

The only way I've done it is by setting up shortcodes (without Phone Manager). You can load Phone Manager Lite/Pro and that gives the user control of their own speed-dials from the Phone Manager program. Lite only gives you access to setting up (15) speed-dials though.

If you have used all your 15 speed dials in PM Lite, you can then right click on a call record and click add to speed dials regardless of the fact you already have 15

So, there is no way to add feature codes or the like with short codes to have each user be able to set up their speed dials?
