Personal speed dial with ETR phones

Are the ETR phones on a Legend and/or Magix system? If so - they will not use the same codes as on a Partner system. Have you downloaded the ETR Phone User Guide (for when it is on a Legend/Magix system)??

Since the Merlin assumes that all partner phones are a 34 button phone, including the 6D and the 18D, it puts the personal speed dials at the end. You first personal speed dial , #01 would be on button 34, second on button 33 and so forth. Considering that you have a 34 button phone, you can not have personal speed dial on a ETR 34 because you have the maximum allowable amount of programmable buttons already. Sorry
