Personal Share Storage Quota

Hello,
I am running a windows 2003 standard file server.
When a user logs on the script automatically sets f: as the common file share, and h: as \\fileserver\%username%$ as a persoanl share.
I want to limit the personal share folders to 1 gb each. How can I do this. at a global level.

Disk Quotas is the only way as standard.
