Personal/Phantom DN for Agents

How does this feature work?

I have followed the FAQ, built the Phantom, logged in and made test calls, works fine.

Now, if I am not logged in and I call that Phantom, where does the call go?

My test agent has skillsets of its own, not part of any application right now but a call to that phantom while I'm not logged in seems to end up in the same application every time.

Curious of the path agent Personal/Phantom DN takes when agent is not logged in.

The call should go to whatever default call forward you have set against the phantom - usually a voice mail.
