Personal Oracle does not install (Win ME+P4)

Hi!
I tried to install Personal Oracle 8.1.6 on my home PC with Pentium4 and Windows Millenium.
First of all I received setup crash because of JAVA.
I've installed new version JREW, changed path names and so on. Oracle universal installer now does not crash, but says (after about 11% of loading) that it cannot find products in install directory.
The same is with vers 8.1.7.
What's wrong? What else let me do?

You've picked a really good combination here

8.1.7 is not certified for use on ME, I don't know if it will work or not.

There is a problem with the installer hanging with Pentium 4 - the fix is a patch from Oracle

A new key
JREW=0x00080000
at the end of [Compatibility95] section in win.ini file helped me.

have fun with your sound and video drivers....

It's my daughters computer.
Some games does not like NT.
