Personal Number - Deflected Party Presentation

Hi all,

I'm using a TSW SP3 system, and I have the following question:

When extension A calls extension B, and B has activated personal number to an external destination, A's number is sent for presentation. But I want the deflected (B) party's number to be shown. What should I do?

Note that I've checked the route's ADC and D22=0. By the way when I use external follow me from B, it goes fine and B's number is sent.

Any ideas?

You'll prolly have to spend some money for a patch. In the case of Personal number, party A is the "originating number", but in the case of External Diversion, party B is considered the "originating number".

Is there any other way to do this; my intent is to connect via an ISDN QSIG to an external voice mail system.

I want party B to be diverted on no answer and on busy to the voice mail system, and the voice mail system needs to receive the B number in order to identify the correct voice box.

Since I'm using an E1, follow me and diversion is not possible, and I have to use external follow me (which doesn't have on busy/no answer option) or personal number (which has the above problem).

Any other ways to do this?
