Personal NewsBox Missing from CQ

Guys!

I'm facing a wierd problem. I'm using Cognos Query 6.2 where it has Personal NewsBox for customers inorder for them to save their own queries and reports. Now when I log in as an administrator i can see Personal NewsBox for all customers. But when customer logs in with using their own useid and password, Personal NewsBox seems to be missing from the Cognos Upfront

Have anyone encountered this before?

We had the kind of problem.
Some users were not able to see their personal newsbox, but someothers were able to see it.
In UpFront Admin tool , in the Tool menu, you have "Reset Personal Newsbox", this is restoring the personal newsboxes security.
