Personal Folders - CRN

in upfront, administrator got access to control the personal folders of other users or in access manager we have option to set Allow personal newsbox or not.

same way, where is the option for CRN admin to see/control the users personal folders? without control, it'll be too difficult as users are keeping quite a lot of stuff.

There is no way for an Administrator to see the personal folders of the users via the portal (design by the way). The only way to accomplish this is via the SDK. There should be a few samples kicking around on the Cognos Support site.
