Hi,

I have Outlook97 (8.0.3) on NT4.0 SP5 and I am trying to enable PST support. To do this I understand that I need to have the Personal Folder Service enabled in the profile. However when I open the Services Dialog box Personal Folders are not listed as an available Services. I have checked that I have the mspst32.dll file which is the executable behind the service. My question is therefore how to make it appear as an option the Services dialog box ?

Thanks

Mark

if you go to re-configure mail support in the Tools->options menu you have to add in personal folders in the set up of it...
hope this helps!! Jay~

Jay,

thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately the Tools-->option is inactive in outlook. I had thought that by getting the personal folder service re-activated that this would help to solve this problem as well,
