A client has recieved an email, and has 25 or more people who recieved a carbon copy of that email.

Is there any way you can take the 25 or so names from the recieved email and create a Personal Distribution List containing these names?

I know you can do them individually by going into the properties and copying the email address. Is there any way of doing them all at once?

Apoc,
Open the message and click on one of the TO addressees. Right-click and click Select All. Right click again and click Copy. Open your Personal address book and open a new entry. Select Personal Distribution List. Provide a name and click Add/Remove Members. In the Right side pane, right click and click Paste. All members will be entered. Save the list.
NOTE: this will only work if they are in your GAL...if they are SMTP addresses, then I think your are back to entering them one at a time.

Thanks Mojo.

I should have specified that the SMTP addresses are the ones that I was trying to add all at once.
