Moving Personal directy to a follower Signalling server. Remote location

I have dial up to both Signalling servers.

Is there a way to activate application personal directory from primary to follower using Linux or ld 117?

You have to do it through EM and Node Properties.

Can this be done from the site with the follower signalling server?
Just select PD app in EM for this node? Change Elan of PD to look here?

You can do it from anywhere you have access to the UCM.
IP network > Personnal Directories > Server Config > Server IP Address > submit
