Personal Directory

Hello, just a quick question. I have been looking around but can't seem to fine anything one whether there is a way to export 1 user's personal directory to a txt or csv file. Also is there a way to import a personal directory instead of doing them manually. Running ip office 500 v7.

Log in to that users extension with the soft-phone (will need appropriate licensing) you can import or export the phone books then....

Thanks for the quick response. I knew there would be a way. Unfortunately that location only has basic users.
